How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Recoverinstalled Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Recoverinstalled Plumbing went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a plumber we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the plumber. Write down what you said and what they said. Keep that record.

Still, we want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Recoverinstalled Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot give refunds for a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@recoverinstalled.living. Please include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may mean we contact the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help too.
