About Recoverinstalled Plumbing and How It Works

Request an estimate

Who we are

Recoverinstalled Plumbing is a referral service for homeowners. We serve DISH, TX and the DISH area. When a pipe fails or a drain backs up, we help you reach an independent local provider. We are not a plumbing company. The providers in our network do all the plumbing work.

Why this site exists

A plumbing problem is stressful. You may not know who to trust. You may not know what to say on the phone. Many people also forget to record what happened. That makes estimates and insurance talks harder later.

So this site does two things. It helps you reach local providers. And it gives plain tips for getting your facts in order.

Paperwork comes first

Our main habit is simple.

  • Snap it first. Take photos and a short video before anyone touches anything.
  • Write it down. Note the date, the time and what you saw. Save receipts and messages.
  • Quote in writing. Ask for the price and the plan on paper before work starts.

With these three steps, a provider can see the problem clearly. If you file an insurance claim, your notes start from facts, not memory.

How providers are matched

You can send a request or request a callback to get started. Details like your town and the type of problem help point you to a provider in our network that serves your area. Providers are independent businesses. They set their own prices, schedules and hours. Availability varies, so request a callback to check provider availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time.

What we expect from providers

We ask providers in our network to follow a few simple rules.

  • Hold the licenses and insurance your local area requires.
  • Explain the problem in plain words.
  • Give a written quote before big work starts.
  • Treat your home with care.

Rules differ by state and town. It is fine to ask a provider to show proof of a license.

What we do not do

  • We do not do plumbing work. Providers do.
  • We do not set prices. Providers do.
  • We do not promise a cost, a time or a result.
  • We do not decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How we are paid

Requesting an estimate puts you under no obligation. You can say no to any quote. A provider may pay Recoverinstalled Plumbing a fee when we connect you. That fee does not change your right to a clear, written quote. The price you agree on is between you and the provider.

Get connected

Start with your photos and notes if you can. If you cannot, that is fine too. Just describe the problem as clearly as you can and a provider will ask the rest.

Reach a local provider

Tell us your town and what is wrong. Add a few photos if you can. A local provider in our network can then review the details and give you a written quote.
